FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

How Safe is Linked Assist

The security of our customers accounts is the first priority for us, in this way we make sure Linked Assist is completely safe to use and undetectable by LinkedIn.

The Tool simulates the human behavior and your manual work by adding random delays after performing each automation, Linked Assist can't be detected as it doesn't change LinkedIn's interface (like other tools on the market) , all public codes are hidden and since it is a Chrome Extension it is invisible and untraceable by its nature.

LinkedIn monitors your account for how much and how quickly you get things done. If they detect high levels of activity, they can send you a notification or even limit/block your account and they will do it even if you do the same things manually.

We recommend opting out of a campaign on LinkedIn when replying to messages in LinkedIn inboxes or performing other actions manually on LinkedIn (such as posting, viewing profiles, commenting, etc.). After all messages have been replied to, you can turn the Linked Assist campaign back on. Linked Assist calculates safe boundaries between all actions, and if you reply to the message or manually perform another action, the safe automated process will be broken.

Please make sure that the growth of your performance is gradual (e.g. if you go from 30 invitations per day to 150 per day, your account could be flagged by LinkedIn's monitoring system, so organize the process of sending auto-connection requests as follows:
Day 1 - 9 requests/day,
day 2 - 12 / day,
Day 3 - 15 / day and so on

The same approach should be applied to all actions taken on LinkedIn.

The gradual growth of LinkedIn activity protects your account from warnings.

The gradual increase in LinkedIn activity will keep your account from being penalized.

Linked Assist is not limited, anyway LinkedIn has a limit of 300 searches per month If you have a free LinkedIn account, you may receive a warning. Your searching ability could get limited by viewing too quickly, but for that we have set a 30 seconds limit per view to avoid that.

Do I have to download Linked Assist?
Linked Assist is a Google Chrome Extension and it does not need to be downloaded in the traditional way.

Here is how it works to install Linked Assist on your Chrome Browser:

1. Open the Chrome Web Store and search for Linked Assist or simply go here
2. Click Add to Chrome.
3. Thats it! :)

How can I avoid to send duplicate messages?

Linked Assist doesn't send the same message 2 time to the same profile.

Can I schedule messages orf create follow-up messages?

Linked Assist is not scheduling messages but it can send out follow-up messages from the LinkedIn search result or the best alternative is through the previously downloaded CSV.

So if you want to send a follow-up message, you need to use the LinkedIn search, or the best option, the previously downloaded CSV and upload it into Linked Assist. Every time you use Linked Assist, a CSV file will be created, and you will be asked to download it.

So, when you send the first message to people, then download the CSV file, and after few days, you can use it for the follow-up message.

In this way, you will avoid getting banned by LinkedIn since you use a method without leaving footprints to automate messages. Other software that offers scheduling messages has a high risk of getting your profile banned, so this is the safest way!
